Some of the reasons
- Not enough senior ( where jobs are more Sr consultant level) ...and i have approx 10 years exp
- Not from top consulting background -- Well that's on my CV
- Not what we are looking for, although you are a very good candidate -- why not to judge this bit in the initial rounds
I just think that it is highly unlikely that on all these occasions there is always someone better suited to the job than me.
I think i must be doing something fundamentally wrong. But i don't know what. I have been confident and been rejected, sometimes a bit nervous and ( obviously) rejected. There does not seem to be any pattern.
