Capco employees

Looking for answers from capco or ex capco people out there.

Can anyone please guide me on following

- What is the culture in Capco like.

- What kind of work do they do, more strategy, PM, implementation? How much is real projects and how much is body shopping ?

- What is the growth for Capco like in few years

- And what is the background check process like ?

As with the initial thread message, I will be joining Capco soon and would be interested to know the answers to his questions out of interest, if any of you know.

Although the background one doesn't bother me (if you're working in finance mate, you should know better than not paying off your bills/credit cards etc. Like me you should be clean as a whistle in this job sector and not worry about background checks)

Just found this site through a friend and it is very interesting to see you all sharing experiences and advice. I'm from industry and just been hired into Capco, hence the "I wonder what its like" although I'll find out soon enough.
