How does the capgemini flexi benefits package work ? If i do not want any benefit can I ask for all cash equivalent every month ? I have an offer from them and their offer letter does not explain this, the hiring chap ( some junior kid ) told me you can get cash in lieu....
I think you have to use a small part of it as contribution toward death in service benefit, but otherwise yes you can take it all in cash if you don't want pension, car, health insurance. Paid as part of your salary but listed separately on payslip.
