as a recent graduate i am considering a career in hr consulting - any advice on the best places to look for graduate positions/training programmes?

Hi Kirsty, Think the answer depends on what areas of HR you want to go into. HR strategy etc - then firms like Towers Perrin, PWC Watson Wyatt and Mercer. If it's Change Management/Human Capital stuff then look at Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, PWC, IBM. There are also a number of boutiques in these areas. It may be difficult to specialise in HR straight from Uni but, if you get in, you can specialise later.
