Hi, it depends on a number of things and not just UCAS score and degree class. Which University and subject along with work experience, extra curricular activities, gap year experience...can all add strength to your overall application.
The problem however these days is the use of automated screening...? So you just don't know if your CV will even get read(!).
I should also add that a Media studies degree from some former polytechnic isn't going to be of much help...
