Big 4 to ACN

#1 Big 4 to ACN

ACN girl

2 years and a bit experience with a Big 4 and was recently approached by the MC division of ACN. They wanted to know salary expectations and I was hoping someone could help me? I picked a number lower than what some head hunters have been throwing at me for similar positions at smaller consultancies. Which grade in ACN do you think I'd reasonable fit and what sort of package should I be looking for? Is that negotiable? I'm quite keen to move into a niche area and ACN sounds like a good choice.

Thanks all.

TIRED ..... to ACN girl (#1)

well this question must have been done to death - in true ACN style here is the process because this is something you will need to learn when your there... telling clients what they already do

1)Locate search function its right at the top of the page and says "search thread for:"

2) type in yr question in the free text box- thats the white empty space ... examples include Accenture Salary, Accenture C1, etc etc

3) Hit the "search threads" button and as if my magic the search results appear

Now I know you know this... but because your at ACN your going to make out that this is really complex and will dumb it down even more to client ....

Good luck in yr interviews... remember the key is regurgitate what people tell you :)
