Accenture - Experienced Hire Salary Negotiation

I am about to receive a job offer from Accenture as an experienced hire (manager level). Does anyone know if there is opportunity to negotiate on base salary when they call with the offer or are they pretty rigid on the original offer (since they've had to go through an approval process to make it)?? Thanks!!

Having gone through the process myself as an experienced hire, I would say that there is limited flexibilty as an M1 and they offer the standard rate. But if you are going in as an M3 there might be more flexibility if they really want you and you are in a strong position, ie have an offer from a competitor as well
