Hi everyone,

I've got a final round assessment day coming up shortly with IBM BCS (BTI) and I was wondering if there was anyone out there who has been through the process that could elaborate on what exactly happens on the day, especially the communication exercise? What they told us so far is a little vague (2 interviews, range of group exercises and communication exercise) and I am really intrested in working for them. Thnaks loads for any help

Hi Henry, I have a first interview with IBM BCS coming up, so wondered if you could advise me on format, what to expect etc? Do you know how many rounds there are in total, how long ago was your first interview? Thanks very much.

Hi Debbie,

The first round assesment day at bcs is fairly standard with an informative presentation, followed by a short interview (~30 mins) - know about recent interesting tech issues then a group exercise - completely non-technical i.e. you have a group discussion about solving a completely non-business related problem and then finally the test is only a confirmation of the online IPATO test result (only 4 mins long!!) and on number patterns.

Hope this helps :) H
