#1 Royal Wedding - a consultants view please ?

FRED

If they asked for help from consultancies to plan the wedding what would happen;-

Here's a starter for 10

1. Accenture - couldn't deliver it on time - here's a CCN for 2014

2. KPMG -MARRIAGE are you sure this is the correct strategy

3. Atos Consulting - oops the guest list - we've misplaced the data stick - there's no one important on it is there ? just tel, email, address of politicians, celebs, royalty etc

4. There must be a tiger joke here for the honeymoon - performance delivered and all that

5.......

MBB - Give us all your wedding presents and we'll give you 20 powerpoint slides prepared by a 22 year old and presented to you in a monotone by a senile old balding overweight greasy haired arrogant nasty piece of work partner who thinks he owns the place.

Surely a big public sector job like this requires PA...oh wait a minute, they've fired everybody!

HRH to Stuart (#6)

Is it true that Harry is not invited as it's a family only affair?

Professional Strategy Consultant to HRH (#7)

As a professional Strategy Consultant (yes, that's with a capital S and a capital C), I would like to discuss the impact of emerging Chinese markets on the wedding. After all, it's totally irrelevant and nobody knows anything about it, so it must be very "high level".

Rigmaster to Professional Strategy Consultant (#8)

China is very relevant - most of the wedding gifts will be manufactred there.

Dave,

Tell us did you ever worked for BIG4? if so at what level? I know in past you have worked for RBS, Barclays, IBM etc. but do not know about your consulting background. I also know where you are working at present.....

Just heard from a relocation consultancy :-

Buckingham Palace quash rumours Wills and Kate are moving to north Wales - the mistake was made when Wills asked Kate where she liked it most - "One likes it in Wrexham" Wills thought he heard and immediately started to look up the wrong alley quotes a palace spokesman
