I heard back 3 working days after attending the assessment centre.

It's been 2 weeks since the IBM assessment centre and I haven't heard from them... Is this delay typical?

I heard back within 3 days with an offer, not sure for declines. But there process is slow from start to finish

@Bob: Thanks for the info. Congrats on your offer.. 3 days response time is really quick for making an offer. I've heard that for rejects, they are quick to respond, but they take time for the hires.. but i think 2 weeks is really a lot!

You should have heard by now what ever the outcome is. Problem is all communications is by email, even when I had an offer and I wanted to speak to someone in HR I couldnt get home of them by phone it had to be done by email. It was a pain but the role and offer is really good.
