The New School University (located in New York City) student organization, The Change Forum, is interested in holding a career night that focuses on what consulting firms, recruiters, and head-hunters look for in successful organizational change/development applicants. We want to know what's current in the marketplace.

I am a Business Intelligence Strategist and Career Consultant based in Toronto. Would a panelist/speaker who could input pre-mpting change, predicting hiring/market trends be of use to you?

I find the average recruitee is hell bent on complying with known templates - feeding the recruiters what they want to hear -rather than understanding how their innate/learned competencies match current/actual workplace realities. On occasion I provide outplacement services, inter alia, to McKinsey & Co. Toronto/Montreal
