I am reviewing HR policies for a small firm looking to build in the UK market. We're considering whether our maternity and paternity care offering is competitive against other consulting firms.
Please could you respond with the headline of what your company offers (and the company name) as that will help us benchmark.
Note, obviously all firms are subject to statutory requirements. I'm interested in understanding how much additional paid leave is offered, if its paid during the off period or on return, etc.
