Hi - I have worked in Customer Service for almost sixteen years. I have just had a baby and have now decided to work for myself. I am in the process of setting up my own consultancy and plan to cover subjects such as Helpdesk / Service desk set ups & re-engineering. Complaint Management - including developing strategies, Customer Service Training ( and developing courses, Business Process re-engineering. I am looking for guidance on attracting potential clients and How to win new business. Ultimately I would like to develop my own Outsourcing outfit - but not covering everying - probably initially it would have to be on a small scale. Although the majority of my expereince is in the private sector, I am very
internest in the public sector.
Apart from working in the UK, I would really like to aim to taking the business to Africa. Any advice, pointers, contacts etc would be appreciated. . Thanks Bukola
