I WILL ADVICE STARTING FROM A CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCESS THROUGH ASSESSING AN INITIAL BUSINESS STATE, AND IDENTIFYING CURRENT AND FUTURE REQUIREMENTS WHICH SHOULD TRANSFORM THE NEED FOR CHANGE INTO A POSSIBLE STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE.
THE IMPORTANT AREAS IN ANALYSIS (INTERNAL) SHOULD BE,
1. Employee opinions.
2. IT requirement, systems, software, and hardware.
3. Request for information on possible providers and wholesalers.
The above should help identify key concerns in the change process ie availabilities and costs, including contractual and legal requirements.
The second phase will depend on completion of the above.
