...that Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby earn more than us hard-working consultants will ever achieve?
I find this deeply demotivating.

It's all about results. If them being on a program means more people watch it and therefore the adverts that go along with it then they'll get a cut. If you're adding a similar level of financial value to your consulting firm then yes it could be demotivating but i doubt you are.

I guess Fearne & Holly are just really productive people that really know how to 'add value'.
They always did strike me as being super-capable, hard-working grafters. Unlike us lazy Ivy-league educated MBAs that do 90 hours a week.

no, it's not crazy at all.

do you think it's crazy that a no-name consultant such as yourself earns more than aspiring actors waiting tables? We should all be paid the same, I think. Bring on the revolution, etc.

Clearly both Holly and Fearne are paid huge amounts then because they have succeeded in gaining a job (of the sort for which there are a small number of places only) which many, many have competed for. They are super-talented! Or, at least, their boobs are.

I am at the pinnacle of my career.

both of holly's nipples make good points.
it's the same situation whether you're talking about football, acting or (horror of horrors!) CEOs.
|
Its a little known fact that Holly Willoughby's left breast will be named as the next Dalai Lama. Therefore she is paid so much as a sort of insurance against the Chinese tracking her left breast down and destroying it prior to this sensitive announcement.

Is that the same one as popped out of her top when she was jumping up and down on the TV show 'Ministry of Mayhem'? Classy, sultry lady.
