Hi,

Would anyone from Accenture be able to tell me how the training and subsequent work differs for a graduate joining the LDC within Accenture or a graduate joining any of the Operating Groups? Are both types of graduate trained together?

Your question slightly depends on what position you are going into within the LDC. If you are going into the consulting workforce your initial training will be along side other new graduates and subsequent experience will be very similar to that of a new grad going into an operating group. The roles and type of work are likely to be more technology focused. If you are going into one of the other groups in LDC you may well be either in services or solutions workforces in which case your training and subsequent expereince will be quite different and particular to the group end up in.
