Accenture salary

#1 Accenture salary

Rob

Hi guys. I know that in Accenture the start salary for an Analyst is around £28k. I've realised from previous threads that there is not much increase in the first 2/3 years. What happens after those 2/3 years? Does one generally get promoted to Associate? How much can I expect to earn after working in Accenture for 3 years? If it takes more that those 2/3 to get to associate, how long would it take? I thank you very much in advance for your comments and valuable experiences. Cheers, ROB

Ptr

There are no associates - this is not investment banking :-) They're called consultants instead. Currently the minimum time at analyst level is 24 months (used to be 18 months until recently, though I believe you can still get fast-tracked in 18 if you're very good). Regarding salaries - my guess is that most consultants are on 40-55k+benefits, though I haven't carried any extensive surveys on this. Next level up would then be manager (after at least 36 months as a consultant) with salaries starting at around 65k...

Cheers Ptr for your post and your explanation.

It helped.
