Bob

Hi,

Could someone please provide a break down on how the Accenture grade structure is broken down? Many thanks.

Anon to Bob (#1)

Analyst, Consultant, Manager, Senior Mgr, Snr Exec. Then a number within each grad determining years of service at that level e.g. C3/M2 etc

Accenture simply blows the competition away. A huge, high-performance company with a wealth of high performing staff that always deliver exceptional results. Whatever grade they offer you, I would just join. End of.
