hi, guys. i have always been thinking what the career path will be good for a consult if he/she did not want to be in the Business any more. Will it be too hard for him to find a position in industry? Because he/she ask for high salaries while did not have much experience.Or would it be easier if he/she want to find a position in international organizations?

Rodger

The quickest way to find what you should/can/want to do is to list your core competencies and areas of passion and then research what industry/company/organization needs that profile.

A consultant is able to analyze a business scenario, creatively formulate a solution, present to clients, project manage, build relationships etc.

Any number of positions require this skill set - Acount managers, project managers, leadership/management or teaching/lecturing/training etc.

The inverse is true for anyone entering the consulting field!
