skl

Hi,

does anybody has any experiences with IDS-Scheer in Germany. Since I will have an interview with them pretty soon I would be really interested in some hints regarding their interview process as well any further Information available (especially their market reputation, salaries for senior consultant level, personal development path etc.). Any Infos would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

HR

... couple of years ago I was invited by the board and todays ceo. contact was made by top hunter. felt very comfortable. they wanted to get more professional in sales and consulting as the history is more application based/university guys. salary wasn't an issue at that time although scheer is not paying as top consulting firms. focus is on operations/processes (Aris) and advanced planning processes (SAP APM Module)very aggressiv growth since then. very confident people because the founder is very popular in saarbruecken and in germany .. summary: good to learn, good to step into general mgmnt position, stable and growing business, sap alliance/equity(!).. in a sandwich position I would think twice.. good luck
