I have ard 9 years of HR consulting experience with Big 4 Advisory firms across most areas of HR. In terms of industries have solid understanding of manufacturing.
I feel that I could do much more with my MBA in strategy and marketing and business understanding and therefore am keen to make a shift from HR line more towards a COO role but am not sure how I should go about it and if that would be a good move.
If anyone has made a similar career shift from HR to any other line, please advice.
