martin

I need some help with strategy and market analysis in a Utilities industry. Who's good to talk to?

£5k ish for strategic overview and help with development of a business plan.

Presumably contractors, rather than the big boys?!

yes, you'll need to be looking at contractors for that kind of fee.

T-C has a 'contractors corner' where you would be able to post details of your requirements. Maybe Sarah or Tony or someone else from T-C could give you details of how to post your requirements.

Also, I'd recommend getting in contact with the Institute of Business Consulting (www.ibconsulting.org.uk) who hold a register of members and their specialisms, and would be a very useful starting point.

Good luck!

Ask me to anon (#6)

Have you tried PA Consulting? They do a lot of this sort of thing.

Anon to Ask me (#7)

At £5K he would be paying more than PA is currently worth.

Bolus to Anon (#8)

I work in the utilities industry (ex-consulting background myself) and I can say that PA has no significant presence in any of the major utilities organisations that I have worked with.
