Hi,
I would be interested in any thoughts you may have as to my potential next steps. Graduated with a BA Management and then worked for top 4 consultancy firm within Communications and High Technology Sector aligned to Human Resources projects for two years. Worked in rercruitment for a further year before transferring and working in an HR Consulting capacity on small projects for a private hospitality, recruitment and project management company.
Currently looking for work and ideally looking to get back into management consultancy with one of the "big 4" and specialise in HR.
I have been exploring various project management and consulting based qualifications. Signed up to start an MSc in Human Resource Mananagement (CIPD), but just wondering if there are additional options I should look at in the interim. Would a Prince 2 be beneficial? Would a Professional Human Resources (PHR Certification in USA) be beneficial?
Alternatively, should I look to take perhaps change management or organisational behaviour related courses and specialise as much as possible?
I know the Chartered Institute of Management also offer some consulting and change management/leadership based courses. Do you have any thoughts on their benefit or otherwise?
Many thanks.
