I am currently working independent on projects and used to work 7 years for a Big5 consultancy in business transformation. I am now looking for a consultancy focussing of Strategy / Transformation which understands Change Mgt as well. Looking for players around Europe / US also hiring experienced people aged 37 because the McK Boston Bains etc. don´t do it. --------- I speak English, German & Spanish - mobile & flexible worldwide - direct contact with potential employers welcome!

I know what you are talking about - most companies are stupid because their clients are looking for experienced adviors and less for graduates! Good Luck!!

Hey Mr 38 - thanks for the question - I have the same issue - it seems that nobody is interested in experience & "grey" hair.

Don't be miserable and defeatist! try www.appliedacumen.com where experience and application count for something. Not all clients settle for the big 5 rubbish, you know.
