Can anybody recommend any good agencies - i.e. ones that help rather than set up 'telephone interviews' with 24 year olds from the Big 4 who see you as a personal threat, or that ask you 1001 questions about your current salary and aspirations and then you never hear from them again.
Any ideas, guys? P.S. I'm ideally looking to join a 'real' company where normal people work and do normal hours, rather than a sweat shop that is full of Euro MBAs and will work you into the ground and send you all over the place.
