Hi,

I have an interview with this firm in mid-February. Wondering if anyone has worked here and what the two 30 mins interviews will involve. What do people think of this firm?

Also, does anyone know of online case interview workshops in coming few weeks?

Thank you

hey guys,

hope your interviews went well!..I was interested in applying to Mars&Co. and was trying to understand how best to position my self in order to get an interview call. I am an Engineer + MBA and I have professional experience in the Wealth management industry. I am looking to move into consulting. It would be great if any of you could help.

MarsBar to urvi (#3)

From what I gather

And from what I have seen in their adverts

Mars & Co are

Very keen on bullet point lists

Even though

It's written in an unusual way

Sort of like a praagraph of prose split across

Multiple bullet points

Has anyone else noticed this in their adverts aimed at oxbridge grads?

That's less a style, more an inability to format documents properly. Classic example of the "quality control" applied to Mars & Co consulting deliverables.
