I had the offer of a second round after meeting with Neil Hampson. However, i withdrew my interest in light of two strong offers I had from elsewhere. Depending on where you enter ie pre or post mba, the salary could be widely divergent. at the consultant / senior consultant level, i would expect somewhere around the 45-60 mark. as for process, i understand that the 2nd round is a half day case exercise where you are required to present findings and conclusion to senior staff. the day seems very structured in that time is allocated to ask questions etc. RBs reputation is better in continental europe than in the uk where it is still overshadowed by the big 3. however, it has a stellar reputation in germany and is often preferred supplier over mckinsey. beware that the uk office is predominantly engaged in 2 services at present: commercial due diligence and corporate restructuring. furthermore, they only have coverage across 4 vertical markets excluding financial services and tech.
