ATK 2nd Round - Thoughts?

Did anyone attend the ATK day 2 this week? Any feedback received yet? Any comments on format/advice?

I did attend but did not get through. Make sure you engage yourself for the duration of the team exercise. Apart from that, the rest of it is fine. On the first case exercise, you are expected to present after reading through materials. Keep a good balance between form and substance on your slides which you will have to present to 2 consultants.

Can you tell me anything about the first round process? I have a first round interview this week for the CDP - Consultant Development Programme as an experienced industry candidate? Can you tell me how it is structured? What case study you got and how you were expected to present it? I would be more than happy to share notes when I have completed my interview.

fairly standard format behavioural and case interview. the case is generally based around a real life example and will not be drawn from a similar sector to your current experience. its fairly macro level with no mental arithmetic involved. as long as you have a fair idea of some relevant models including the marketing mix and porter, you should cruise it.
