On the cash front, its very transparent. The HR team did release a PPT deck outlining the package. The total package ranges from 35k to 55k depending on your prior experience and entry point. However, this deck was relevant to the CDP prior to the change to contract term from 11 months to permanent. Hence, I would expect them to remove the retention bonus element taking c.10% off the above figures. Good luck!
