Been trawling the site and cant find any info on RB pay and bonus.
Interested in Consultant / Senior Consultant / Manager etc.
Guessing for Consultant - 45k + 15-25% bonus
and for SC - 55-60k + 15-25% bonus
Anyone confirm/correct?

I don't have insight into the current pay structure, but pft's figures look like they are not far off if I think to what they were back in my day. As a general rule, the MBB firms tend to be able to pay a little lower as their brands attract so many hotshots to the firms; whereas RB in London and other such firms - who do similar work but don't offer quite the same CV points - tend to have to pay a little better to still attract a similar calibre of candidate.
