Is £65K a good salary for a senior consultant?

#1 Is £65K a good salary for a senior consultant?

Hi there. I have my first interview with recruiting firms and management consultancies next week. I have 7 years experience in management consulting in two european countries (but not in the UK) and I am moving to London to join my girlfriend. I have not the single clue about how much I should ask. I was thinking about £65K. Do you think it's reasonable? What about bonus, benefits...?

Sounds about right, provided there is a good bonus scheme in place. You could maybe push to £75k. For more info take a look at: http://www.top-consultant.com/surveys/salary.aspx
