Hi, I'm trying to build an up to date picture of the relative appeal of the Big 4 as employers. I'd appreciate your help.

What are the attractions of Big 4 firms - particulalrly PwC and KPMG- for experienced consultants?

How do they compare in terms of prestige, project interest, employee reward, support and overall job satisfaction?
