I've been at Qedis for over 4 years now, having previously been at Accenture. It's a young, fast growing company that focuses on doing right by its people. Maybe this will change as the company grows, but the senior management team are doing their best to ensure that this doesn't happen. The company was born out of the ashes of Anderson, with a desire to not be like the big 4.
Pay wise its roughly on par with the big 4, although I beleive that there is a higher percentage of pay based on bonus (we typically hit our bonus targets so this isn't an issue). End of the day, people tend to join and stay because of the culture more than anything else like pay.
