Hi there. I am currently looking at the A.T.Kearney CDP (Consultant Development Programme). Does anyone have any of the following information (first hand would be preferred):
- What is the culture like?
- What percentage of CDP's get offered an extented contract after the 11 month 'trila' period?
- What is the quality of training provided?
- Where is the firm headed (rumours of Mercer coming in with a bid)?
