As a stressed out consultant that spends a huge amount of time on his laptop, can anyone please recommend an internet radio station or something similar where I can stream 'live' sounds of relaxing noises, e.g. rainforest sounds, waves and sea, etc.

Very useful JackSpratt: when I burn my toast in the office kitchen in the morning I can tune into the sounds of crackling fire and clear the place in panic as a little smoke from charcoaled bread drifts into the office.
