Confess your sins & be forgiven!

I forgive you...

See newsletter article:

Now come on - cleanse your souls and confess some of your sins. How have you really, well and truly, cocked-up your client's business...

samuel to I forgive you... (#1)

I work for a top tier UK consultancy that screwed up the process mapping for Terminal 5 baggage handling when it openend, and we also lost a memory stick. That wasnt very nice for Jacqui Smith cos she had to come back early from her hols

Bob to samuel (#2)

Out of interest, did the same firm design the security scanning process and system at T5? What a complete and utter screw-up, trying to over-engineer something that should be simplified: two people step forward at the same time, everything has to go in a box, boxes move automatically, don't remove a box from the belt, automatic sensors to check whether a box is empty.

Perhaps the aim was to reduce the number of staff required to move boxes around, but instead you need the same number to continuously instruct passengers how to follow the process, and to sort out c*ck-ups (like when people remove a box from the belt).

BOP man to David (#5)

It seemed to work perfectly on the Casewise model

Big fan of PA to BOP man (#6)

I didn't know that a 'top tier UK consultancy' had lost a memory stick. How come they didn't get the same amount of criticism that PA did in the media?

Once told a colleague I fancied her - over work mail.
