Any tips for exposing under-performing partners?
I work with a few who are counting the years to retirement and not pulling their weight. They are relying on work brought in by other parts of the business. They are not building a team or intellectual capital or people's careers or anything like that. Simply plodding along and thinking of each extra month that they cling onto their over-paid job as a 'bonus'. What can I do?
Why not try flattery?
Mr X, you're my role model, I really admire how you manage to get away with doing nothing but leeching off everybody else. Tell me, how have you become so successful, and how can I get there too? Will you help me?
