Staying calm and relaxed

The Calm Man

Hello.

Like many of you out there, I occasionally get worried, anxious and stressed.

Obviously, that is not good.

I therefore wish to find ways to control and contain my stress and anxiety levels.

I am not thinking of masturbation and/or drugs by the way.

So, dear friends, how do YOU all deal with the stress, worry and anxiety that plagues our daily routines.

Answers on a postcard to this thread c/o the Top-Consultant website.

Thanks. And stay calm.

Over and out.

-Have some other interests outside work.

-Exercise (but doing something you enjoy).

-Take up yoga.

-Try out one of the many "self-hypnosis" style relaxation audio products out there. This one is free on Paul McKenna's site: http://www.paulmckenna.com/trance/
