Anyone heard of Xantus Consulting? Good, bad or ugly? They seem to be recruiting quite heavily and any information or past experiences on the type of work they do etc would be much appreciated.

Working with a couple of guys from there now. Seems to be your standard mix of employees and associates that you get in most small consultancies. My impression is that they recruit senior operational guys so expect experience over strong methodology
