I will soon be starting a Group on Linkedin designed to provide access for MCs of all persuasions access to advice from a panel of headhunters, myself included. Not sure what it'll be called yet but you'll be able to ask private questions or problems and get confidential advice.

It will be open to any MC - strategy, IT, whatever it is you do. It will be run by 2 recruitment companies which I am affiliated to and have done search work for, but I will myself remain anonymous. I'm just awkward like that.

WIFM? I wonder why you are doing this - maybe maybe for purely philanthropic reasons; mabe to have better access to ill-marketed talents? I'd be pleased to get a headhunter's perspective though!
