PIC Recruitment Process

#1 PIC Recruitment Process

I was just wondering if anyone has been through PwCs PIC recruitment process recently?

I am currently going through it and have had interviews with 2 Directors and a Senior Manager as well as having had the assessment centre. Having passed them all (and feeling they went well) I was initially told that they wanted to schedule a final partner interview but I have subsequently been told that I need to meet with another Director to have a technical interview first.

I appreciate that they want to be sure they are employing the right people but this seems quite a long winded process and so I wanted to see if others had had the same experience?

Hullo. I'm wondering what level you're thinking of joining. I've just been sorted an interview at senior consultant level and I'm wondering how long the process should take. The sooner I move from one of the other Big 4, the better!

Nothing sinister although it's a shame it wasn't explained to you better. Additional interviews are just to ensure the right fit, as possibly it was felt your previous interviews didn't cover certain areas in enough detail. Partner interview typically comes last as a rubber-stamping exercise.
