Hello, I have an offer from ACN and was wondering what people working there see in their professional futures? Where do people that leave ACN usually go?

well, some ppl i know who left ACN went to corporate world, either joining their Project Management Office type of work or Corporate /Strategic Planning. Very few ex-ACN join other consulting firms.

Thanks - I thought joining clients would be top of the list - a bit surprised that there are few switchers to other consultancies... why is that?

I used to work for ACN in an elite group called technology labs. Basically dont worry about leaving acn, plenty of other opps after, acn just think they are the best. opperative word being think, but acn on ur cv helps :-)

ACN is a great name on a CV. It opens a lot of doors, including the doors of strategy/management consulting (but you have to be sure about your move).

It is also good to get a market research manager position at the client's. But for a brand management position, it is much more difficult unless you a retail sales experience.

Hope this helps,

Sylvain from France
