Generally expect a measured examination of your credentials. Culture is quite laid back and professional and quality of people is good. There is a small company feel although it is part of a large group. Some of the internal processes etc can be quite shambolic though.
Pay = decent and compares well with competition
Culture = collegial and informal yet professional
progression = HR models etc are not well developed so a bit hit and miss
