The people that voted for KPMG must have low expectations on what a big company should be providing.

ZB - having worked in performance in the past, I can say that they are not particularly good in that area at all. It takes companies a while to recover from paying the exorbitant fees before any performance can be obtained.

Bad things about KPMG:

- Takes years to get promoted

- Bonuses low

- Pay rises low

- Do not take training seriously

- Far too much internal admin on engagement files

- Are effectively a body shop preferring to sell secondments

- Majority of people there have had a personality by-pass
