Oli

Hi,

I have been offered an interview to join Grant Thornton's consulting team, in a Operations Due Diligence/Post Deal Services role.

I'd be grateful if any could shed some light on the firm; in terms of culture/personal development opportunities/client base etc.

Am I right in thinking that Grant Thornton's client base are largely mid-market and owner managed firms?

Thanks in advance for your help,

Oli

Yes, they do serve the mid-market and large owner-operated firms, as well as a surprisingly large number of Fortune 500 firms. In the less entertaining parts of my job, reading annual reports and financial statements, they come up (named as the auditors) quite often.

I think I read somewhere that they're also making a push on the public sector and are/were considering buying some bits of the BearingPoint business to accelerate this.
