As I wasn't involved with teh 1st round I have no idea if the terms offered are the same this time. I have a figure in mind from the 1st round but am unaware how it was calculated. Any ideas?

They haven't proposed a package for this round yet...those figures are just notes from the October meetings, not what they have decided for this round. They don't even set the actual terms from last time out in that document. The only thing that looks certain at this point is they will still offer VR.

There was a reasonably complex way of calculating it, but the key aspect that I remember is that there was a guaranteed minimum of 4.5 months pay for Analysts and Consultants - can't recall what the figure was for higher tiers.
