ZB's figures are high. SCs in Detica start under £40k and go to about £50k; after that you're looking at PC.
The car allowance is absorbed into the Flex Bens package and doesn't appear at SC level, only PC. Likewise Health Insurance is part of Flex Bens, you can have it if you want it. There is no London allowance and the final salary scheme went many years ago. The pension is defined contribution on a group PP but has probably the best terms of anyone I've spoken to - at PC it was 10% non-cont plus matching conts to 17.5% - in other words you could get 17.5% pension contribution for 3.5% out of your own pretax pocket. Much better than in my Accenture days (unlike the base salaries).
