#1 E&Y benefits?
28/09/2008 10:55

a

does any one know what kind of benefits / perks are available at E&Y BAS Sr Manager level?

for example, how much car allowance, bonus, insurance, relocation money etc etc...

how much / many of these are negotiable...

Thanks ahead for the reply.

They do not offer a bonus but other benefits are

Car allowance £5.5k

Pension up to 6% , for every % you contribute they will match up to 6%

Private Health cover for yourself

Dear Amanda,

thanks the figures that you indicated are these at Manager level or Senior Manager level? There must be some difference.

Secondly, are you saying even at Sr. Manager level there is no bonus?

Lastly, besides car allowance do they also provide company car (i.e. the cost of lease is borne by the company).

thanks for the reply

Yep, those are senior manager numbers

Nope, there is no bonus at SM - starts at Director

Uh, no, they don't give you a car allowance and a car funnily enough - one or the other

seems very low to me?

also looking at my own offer at manager level in accenture some time ago, these numbers make me believe that accenture is better paid even at manager level compared to seniro manager in E&Y.

do you all feel the same or am i missing some info in my assessment?

also, what i know that accenture has partner, sr manager and manager but E&Y seems to have partner, diretor, sr managaer and manager. so levels do not seem to be comparable

Job title inflation perhaps?

Many folk consider an impressive job title is as good as a raise, you know.

I agree. I think Senior Manager in EY is equal to an ACN Manager. EY manager is more like a C3. Senior Consultant more like C1/C2 especially as I have come across EY Scs with approx. 2-3 year total experience

Hi Anon or someone,

would you also have some salary / benefits comparison, for example accenture Manager M3 vis a vis E&Y sr. manager....
