Apologies if this question has already been asked (although after a long search I couldn't find the answer), but can anyone give me an idea of the rough salary bands for the Senior Manager and Director grades at E&Y BAS?
I'm in the interview process and want to be fully armed when I face off with the HR department.

Roughly they are:
SM: £75k to £120k
Dir: £100k to c£200k
They don't have formal bands so it's really that they will be assessing your place against others there and will offer you an average salary.

Beware though - the higher salaries are those who got in there at the inception of BAS when they "wanted to pay the best to recruit the best" etc but they are much stricter now

Now they only hire and promote folks who are ex-IBM, esp in F&PM
Business has slackened off a lot for F&PM since the credit crunch started too
I'd look elsewhere

Been working with a few guys from EY BAS recently. Must say quite surprised with the caliber. Not impressed at all
