How easy/diificult is it to get promoted in A.T. Kearney? Thinking of going in as a BA or SBA and wanted to know if many people tend to stay and / or progress?
Thanks

if it is "extermely hard" at such a junior level to get promoted, then it might be not worth aiming for a career there since most consultants aim for partner

I agree. Why have a career there if it is extremly hard to progress. Particularly at a junior level! Why bother?
Is this right?
|
Is it that hard, even at a junior level? Can anyone confirm?

Sorry to add yet another question to the bottom of this - i'm trying to make some career decisions - how hard is it to progress at ATK?
|
Any more insight on this?
|
Can anyone share some insight - what is promotion like in ATK?

Hi
I am a recruiter and have a different perspective. Does ATK look good on a CV: yes. Is it a highly rated employer: yes. Do I see many CVs/candidates who leave because of lack of promotion or career prospects: no. Do they have a high staff turnover: no. Are they growing and therefore creating opportunities to move up: yes. Do they ever recruit people they don’t think have clear-cut promotion potential: no. Do people enjoy the work: yes.
If you’ve been offered a job then the only question to ask is whether you really have the talent and ambition you have obviously convinced them you have!

Thanks CJ, interesting to hear.
